Read the below instructions first as to how to enter and view the cameras. Once you do that then come back up and click on the the Blue Iris logo.

 You will have to install the viewing software in order to view the cameras.

Click on Blue Iris Logo.

You may have disable your popup blocker and allow all software to be installed on your computer in order to view it if you have viewing issues

The cameras are currently in a view only mode only and the PTZ Camera is running on a neighborhood watch security patrol program that covers a two block area.

  1. Click on Blue Iris Icon

  2. Click either ActiveX Viewer or Java Applet Viewer

  3. if you choose ActiveX Viewer you will get a bar you will need to click on it and install it in order to view the camera or you may want to try the Java Applet Viewer instead.

    What is an ActiveX control?

    ActiveX controls are small programs, sometimes called add-ons, that are used on the Internet. They can enhance your browsing experience by allowing animation or they can help with tasks such as installing security updates at Microsoft Update.

    Some websites require you to install ActiveX controls to see the site or perform certain tasks on it. When you visit such a site, Windows Internet Explorer asks if you want to install the ActiveX control.

  4. Right click on the bar.

  5. Click Run Add-on.

  6. it will download program

  7. Install the program.

  8. The camera picture will then show.

  1. Place pointer on screen  where you want to look and click that area.

  2. use mouse scroll to zoom in and out.

  3. touch the far right or left of screen to move camera to where you want to go. 

  4. you can click on the black target box as well to move the camera.
